Ceremony and Reception Coordination which includes one coordinator and one assistant for your wedding day.
One venue walk-through, one in-person meeting, two pre-wedding video calls, unlimited email and phone correspondence, and Rehearsal Coordination (up to 2 hours). Travel fees may apply depending on wedding location.
About Me
So let me start by introducing myself,
My name is Maria and ever since I was a teenager I have loved weddings! I love absolutely everything about weddings but the joy and happiness that each couple experiences is my favorite.
Here is a little about me…. I am originally from Upstate NY, my husband and I moved to Arizona in 2012. We have been married since 2007 and I can honestly say that he was the best decision I have ever made. We have adopted a beautiful baby boy and we are very excited for this journey!
So as my life unfolds and feels almost like a dream, I hope to be able to bring your dreams to life as well.

This is where I come in……I make sure your wedding goes perfectly! We work together to make sure that I fully grasp and understand your vision and then on the Day Of, I take care of everything so that you have nothing to worry about. I am here just for you! You and your partner get to just enjoy and soak in every moment of the happiest day of your lives.
